So, I'm leading with a fairly long video. That's probably a bad idea, but I wanted to make sure that I give Mary Jane Murphy the proper credit.

As much as I love her videos, I try not to post most of them because they're a bit long and I don't want to piggyback too much off of anyone.

That being said, she has an almost non-existent presence here on Substack so this can only really help drive traffic to her account on X.
